About Bitstairs
Bitstairs is an independent OKX affiliate partner. We're not OKX, and nothing here is an official OKX page — it's a set of guides built to get one specific job done: getting a new account through sign-up, verification, and a first deposit without getting stuck.
The name is exactly what it sounds like: a staircase for bit by bit progress — each guide is one specific step, not a general overview you have to piece together yourself. We started this after noticing how much of the existing OKX write-up content online is either outdated, written for a different region's app flow, or thin enough that it doesn't actually resolve the problem someone searched for.
What we publish
Sign-up walkthroughs, troubleshooting pages for the points where people commonly get stuck (verification codes, region messages, KYC rejections, locked accounts), and deposit guides for the payment rails our readers actually use, including SEPA bank transfer for EUR and P2P. Guides run in English, Romanian and Chinese, with more added as we find gaps worth covering.
How we keep guides current
OKX changes screens, field order, and occasionally entire flows without much notice. We re-check the guides on this site against the live sign-up and account screens rather than writing them once and leaving them — each page carries a "last checked" date so you can see how recent that check was.
How this site makes money
Links to OKX on this site use our invite code, OKAT52. If you sign up through them, we may earn a referral commission from OKX, and depending on OKX's current terms, using the code can also reduce your own trading fees. What we won't do
We don't cover bypassing region restrictions or KYC, we don't promise trading outcomes, and we don't publish figures we haven't verified against an official OKX source. If a number can't be checked, we say so instead of guessing. This site's main focus is OKX. We also maintain one Chinese-language Binance sign-up guide; registering through the OKX links here uses our invite code OKAT52, and registering through the Binance guide uses our invite code BNB528 — either one may earn us a referral commission from the respective exchange.
